RETURN & REPLACEMENT POLICY

ARE RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ACCEPTED?

At Roash, we take great care in crafting and delivering our products. As a policy, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed and delivered.

WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG PRODUCT?

In the rare case that your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, we've got you covered. Here's what to do:

 

1. Take a full unboxing video the moment you open the package. This is mandatory for any claim to be eligible.

2. Email us at roash@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order.

3. Include:Your Order ID Clear photos of the issue

4. The unboxing video (showing the unopened box being opened)

Once we verify the issue, we’ll arrange a suitable solution—be it a replacement, refund, or resolution.

IMPORTANT POINTS

  • Claims without an unboxing video will not be eligible for review.

  • No requests will be accepted after 24 hours of delivery.

  • All packaging must be retained until the issue is resolved.
