Shipping Timeline
Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Delivery Time:
Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Other Locations (Tier 2 & 3 Cities): 5–8 business days
Remote or North-Eastern Regions: 7–10 business days
Please note: Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship pan India. International shipping is not available at this time.
Shipping Charges
Standard Shipping: ₹100 for orders below ₹999
Free Shipping: On all orders above ₹999
During promotional campaigns, shipping charges may vary and will be mentioned clearly at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can track your order status anytime using the link provided.
Delays & Exceptions
Delays may occasionally occur due to:
High order volumes
Weather disruptions
Remote area limitations
We’ll keep you informed proactively if your shipment is affected.
Undeliverable Orders
If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you for an updated address. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-dispatching.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or gets lost in transit:
Email us at support@roash.in within 48 hours of delivery.
Include your Order ID, photos (if damaged), and any relevant details.
We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible with either a replacement or refund.
